Today whilst crossing a car-park at the University of Canberra I observed a Hobby trying to catch Swallows over some tennis courts. To my delight it swooped nearer and nearer until it flashed by me at a distance of about two feet. I could feel the swoosh of its wings and noted its expression (intense concentration).

Magic.

Oh, and it didn't catch a Swallow while I was watching it.
