Hi Wendy,

We used The Birds of the Solomons, Vanuatu and New Caledonia by Doughty, Day and Plant for New Caledonia and found that very good. Easy to pick out which species were in play from the maps. Many of the species are restricted to just some of the islands. We haven’t birded in Vanuatu but would expect it to be just as usable there.
