I'm interested to hear how they handle the problem of a no show. Perhaps for
that much money, they'll try many times.
I'm also interested to know more about the $5000 for the permit. What permit is
that? Is there some kind of standard research permit that always costs that
much? Or is this a special permit created for Night Parrot viewing? Where does
the money go?
