Hello

A friend and I spent a few days up around the Cobar area in Central  
West NSW in December, primarily to collect seeds; however, we did  
manage to fit some birding in. I've written a short report about our  
brief expedition. While it will most interest the plant enthusiasts on  
birding-aus, others may find it interesting. A pair of red-lored  
whistler was our best sighting.
