Hi Phil,
Earlier this year I experienced first hand a Black-mantled Goshawk hunting for
singing King-of-Saxony BOPs at the summit clearing above Rondon Ridge -
fortunately we scared the bird off before it had the opportunity to make
contact - but it was very clear what it was trying to do
