Hello Lawrie, I have a very old record of a single Song Thrush at Neerim,
east of Melbourne in 1991. It was on a garden fence which enabled us to spot
it. As we stopped it jumped down and hopped across the grass verge for about
15 secs, long enough for a positive ID.
Tony.
