I've also seen them at these two sites in June but didn't notice what they
were eating. Not familiar with those strange Queensland trees anyway.

I'm even more curious as to what they were feeding on when you saw them. Was
it mistletoe??

I was there in June last year and saw them at those sites, also three other
times throughout the year. I haven't seen them along Snake Rd but in my
experience they are very reliable at the other two sites - particularly at
the end of Dalrymple Rd.
