Birdline North Queensland Published sightings for the week ending 11 Jan 2015. Sun 11 Jan Yellow Wagtail Mungalla Station--Forrest Beach, Queensland Very flighty Yellow Wagtail seen twice along side of Palm Creek at Mungalla Station this morning. Possibly the only remaining one of about six at the site until the off-and-on Wet began some weeks ago. Tony Ashton Thu 8 Jan Red-rumped Swallow Tinaburra Peninsula The birds are using the wires along the caravan park side of the road near the Avenue of Honour. Numbers have varied from as low as two to as high as 38 plus one squashed on the road.
