   Six birds flushed from small bay at western margin of inlet.

   White-necked Heron Trowutta Rd, 12km south of Smithton
   Single bird with small numbers of Black Duck, Wood Duck and Shelduck in
   paddock of curly kale.

   Sat 9 Aug Ruddy Turnstone Moorland Beach
   18 birds seen.

   Double-banded Plover Moorland Beach
   12 birds in breeding plumage feeding frantically, nice and plump.

   Fri 8 Aug Blue-billed Duck, Australasian Grebe Mud Walls Rd
   3 Blue-billed Ducks in Ellesmere Dam. 1 Australasian Grebe in small dam
   at the intersection of Lovely Banks Rd and Richmond Rd.
