Hi All, Just a quick note for the Eagle watchers Sydney Olympic Park Sea-Eagles had laid two eggs one on the 4th July the other three days later on the 7th July. After a disappointing year least year when both eggs failed to hatch we have had the first chick break free from its shell, a 28 hour struggle from first pip. It was watched live by over 350 people from all around the world. Second egg hatch is expected in a day or so. You can view at www.sea-eaglecam-org/video.html Cheers Geoff Hutchinson _______________________________________________ Birding-Aus mailing list To change settings or unsubscribe visit: http://birding-aus.org/mailman/listinfo/birding-aus_birding-aus.org |
