Hi Peter - Yellow-throated Scrubwren usually weaves mimicked calls in with its
own calls, so you can usually pick them out of the bunch fairly easily and this
call doesn't have the jizz of Y-tScw.
Bringing up the local list is a great idea for looking for potential culprits
though.
