Eurasian Tree Sparrow
Darwin Harbour
Per report on NT Birds by Chris Parker: " I saw and (kinda!) photographed 2 Eurasian Tree Sparrows on the banks of Darwin Harbour. I presume the birds hitched a ride with a boat coming from the north. Parks NT have been made aware of the arrival." [Moderator note: The photos have been put on the NT Birds forum and certainly appear to be Eurasian Tree Sparrows. CW.]
