Well, I haven't got much to say about Night Parrots other than I hope the plan works, because I, like just about everyone else, know nothing about them. As for the hijacking, I'd say the perpetrators have done an unusually good job of changing the subject line. I had considered pointing out that no one had said anything about the idea that of Night Parrot habitat being bulldozed, but decided it was probably silly to worry about what was probably just a few road verges in a sea of spinifex.
