Published sightings for the week ending 10 Mar 2013.

Thu 7 Mar Australasian Grebe Brady Road Swamp, Mareeba
Unusual number of Australasian Grebe for this area with 24 swimming on the surface of the swamp, none of them were diving under the water whilst we were present.

Sat 2 Mar Buff-breasted Paradise-Kingfisher Dalrymple Gap Walking Track, Girringun NP, Sth of Cardwell
One male seen briefly in gallery rainforest short distance from car turning circle on the eastern side of the Cardwell Range.
