RFI: Swift Parrots

Hi John,
We are in the north-west, and generally get Swifties passing through both on 
the way south and back north again.

However, we've generally found Bruny Island, or around Mt Nelson, or Weilangta 
Forest drive (hard to get through now, I believe, with some bridges out) to be 
fairly reliable for them.
