Banded Lapwing
Canberra International airport
Banded Lapwing 2x Adults, and at least 2 (maybe 4) offspring. Hard to tell as Pipits nearby, and just see them bobbing in and out of view in the grass, and at least 30m beyond the fence.
Hopefully someone with a good camera can get some better pictures.

Whistling Kite
Kowen Pine Forest
A single Whistling Kite seen soaring and calling above Old Quarry Road, Kowen Pine Forest (restricted vehicle access) at approximately 10:00 this morning. Whistling call quite distinct. Without binoculars, the only description I have to offer of this particular bird was its long rounded tail, and typical 'M' shaped pale brown underwing.

White-bellied Sea-Eagle, Red-necked Stint
Fyshwick Sewage Treatment Plant
1 adult White-bellied Sea-Eagle flew over. 1 Red-necked Stint only - its compatriot seems to have moved on (poor photo attached - I'm sure there are much better ones around as this bird has been heavily photographed by many observers).
