Swift Parrot, Fuscous, Black-chinned and Striped Honeyeaters
Pine Mountain Bush Reserve
One Swift Parrot living up to its name calling and flying at high speed overhead. Several Fuscous Honeyeaters seen. Black-chinned and Striped Honeyeaters heard.

Mallee Ringnecks
Mosquito Creek Road near Lake Coolmunda
A pair of Mallee Ringnecks 2 km up the track from the Highway. A long way east for this species.
Lots of dry country birds - c10 Bluebonnets, 6 Ground Cuckoo-shrikes, 5 Emu, 2 Banded Lapwing, c6 Red-capped Robins, Inland Thornbills, White-winged Fairy-wrens etc. No luck with Squatter Pigeons though!

Black-browed Albatross (1), Northern Giant-Petrel (1), Great-winged Petrel (2), Fluttering Shearwaters (400+) & Common Noddys (190) - 4.5 hour seawatch from Pt Lookout.
