What value a photo?

Cheryl, I'm a fellow guide of Alan's, and like him I provide much
information for free.

But there are also people who will pay, and then use the information they
glean inappropriately. I once did a fauna survey for a bloke who knew little
about birds, but who then set himself up as a birding tour 'specialist'.

What I do is try to get to know those that I help. Also Alan and I and a
few other guides recommend clients to each other. If I had a client that
did the wrong thing I'd certainly warn my guiding friends about him/her, and
vice versa. Perhaps you could set up something similar with other
photographers? I imagine that anyone who did want to rip you off could be a
serial offender.
Regards
Denise
