Flying across road and in paddocks presumably drinking from road borrow pits and cattle dams. Biggest flock of about 30 flushed from roadside dam near Vellum Downs Homestead. Smaller flocks continued for about 30km of travel until about 5km NNE of the Town of Corfield. Then on Monday 09/04/2012, on our return journey, we saw a couple of small flocks near the Vellum Downs Homestead.
