Hi Folks,
Further to our recently posted sightings in FNQ a Rufous Owl turned up this afternoon being harassed by a Blue-faced Honeyeater, Spangled Drongo and an Olive-backed Sunbird! The owl was siting over our driveway. If you want to see an image of it we have posted it onto Eremaea Birdline http://www.eremaea.com/BirdlineRecentSightings.aspx?Birdline=5. We thought it might be an immature as did other observers.

Cheers,
Keith & Lindsay.
