A single bird feeding on lerps in a Eucalyptus lansdowniana in my backyard, the first in over 30 years residence.

Unfortunately can report 7 Spotted Doves sitting on power lines near Haswell Place in Chifley this morning.

Crescent Honeyeater
Macquarie Oval
A Crescent Honeyeater, possibly the same one reported a week ago by Sue Lashko, was present on my regular survey of Macquarie Oval this morning, together with a mixed flock of pardalotes, Silvereyes, Eastern Spinebills (2), Grey Fantail (1) and Golden Whistler (1).

Deakin Hill
Clear sighting on Deakin Hill just behind the track above the top of Strickland Crescent. Dark morph variety.

Red-capped Robin
Shepherds Lookout
Visits to Shepherds Lookout on Saturday and today proved fruitful with a Brown Falcon and Peregrine Falcon on Saturday, about 5 minutes apart, and an immature male Red-capped Robin today. Scarlet Robins and one male Flame Robin also present as well as good number of Speckled Warblers. Speckled Warblers were in groups of up to 5 in mixed feeding flocks.
