Russet-tailed Thrush, Paradise Riflebird, Grey Goshawk, etc
Binna Burra, Lamington National Park
Birding was a bit slow this morning, but did give some highlights. Russet-tailed Thrush was heard calling, as was Noisy Pitta. Good views of all 3 bowerbirds and a Paradise Riflebird practising his display. Brush and Fan-tailed Cuckoos everywhere, along with a Grey Goshawk passing over a few times. Logrunners were in abundance and a solitary Pheasant Coucal sat on the road near the entrance to the park.
