Is Amytornis an online journal or not?

I am surprised that the
 http://www.birdswa.org.au/design1/index.html site still exists. 
That is what they used to develop Amytornis online.  When they
worked out what they wanted they moved it to the BA web site.  I
will try and contact them to do something about it.  Not certain if
they still need the development site.
