Tyto Wetlands
Yellow-faced Honeyeater in flowering Euodias along with Yellow HEs and Brown HEs on Friday. Species never listed in Tyto before. No more sightings yesterday or today.

Tyto Wetlands
Female Superb Fruit-Dove near lookout briefly this morning (bad pic). First listing for species in Tyto. Also, White-throated Nightjar beside creek track, Rarely seen in Tyto.

Fork-tailed Swift
Woree, cairns
Flock was preceding the storm coming out of the south at about 1640. The flock was ranging over a wide area from the Cairns Golf Course and west along Anderson Road Woree for about 20 minutes. Possibly one White-throated Needletail in the flock. The flock headed towards the dump.

Samphire Drive, South Townsville
Appeared low on ocean side of the mangroves, well lit by the morning sun, and then heading towards Castle Hill, circling up until out of sight .
