Just received a phone call from Richard Baxter. His party has just joined a
group led by David James who has been on Cocos (Keeling) Islands for a few
days. David's group reports a Eurasian Hobby on Horsburgh Is and a Watercock
on West. There is an obliging Yellow Bittern on West and Richard reports a
Large Hawk Cuckoo and possible Japanese Sparrowhawk on West and the island
residents report a large raptor! There is water from a recent cyclone
everywhere.
