Caspian Tern, Red-kneed Dotterel, Brown Falcon Western Treatment Plant
Went looking for the Ruff this morning but could'nt find it anywhere. Did manage to see a Caspian Tern hunting over Little River near the birdhide as well as a single Red Kneed Dotterel on the road towards Borrow Pits. Also, for the last 2 weeks a large female Brown Falcon has been dive bombing my car as I head down to Borrow Pits on the road opposite the conservation ponds. Seems she may have a nest in the area but I could'nt tell where exactly. She is not too upset, just likes to make a bit of noise and come in for a few cackling swoops before retreating to her vantage point 100m down the road.
