KBs vs Galahs

Do I get more rent for a nest box or a hole in a tree? Better order a box
from Jag I suppose.

Galahs are back today. I suppose I could lease to the highest bidder. I
did try advertising in the Mt Winter area for the odd PP or so but
apparently the response rate is poor.( I could then have charged each of you
frantic twitchers $209.38 for access to my back garden and the chance of a
tick - cheaper than risking a fine west of Kings Canyon.)

Tones,

how about putting up a nestbox for the unsuccessful tenant. If the situation
is anything like over here in Melbourne, vacancy rates are very low, so you
would be doing them a favour!!

You could become a multiple property Landlord :)

Yours in all things "green"
