894741.aspx Peter Crisp is a Nationals member he doesn't speak for Labor.
I doubt if Brumby would go public with the waste dump site for the solar
plant if it hadn't been discussed within government, he has too many minders
for that to happen.
It's anyone's guess as to what political maneuver is at play with the
selection of this site.
