Construction works at WTP, Werribee

I have been advised by Will Steele of Melbourne Water that a small area of
the WTP will be a construction site -- and consequently blocked to
birdwatchers -- from about the 18th of January to about the 28th of February
this year.  The area affected is the east bank of the 15E outlet (by the
bridge that is next to the small jetty used by many cormorants) and means
that it will not be possible to cross the bridge.
