John Hammond and I managed to see two sightings of Eastern Grass Owl ( we think two different birds) tonight at the site near the Gateway Motorway on Brisbanes northside earlier this evening. Whilst making our way out the Better Beamer ( a Flash extender for a camera consisting of two black arms and a clear plate) fell from my camera somewhere and despite a search in the dark no could find. If any birder happens to chance upon it would really appreciate letting me know. PS - Make sure you have copious repellant - mossies were fierce! cheers David Taylor Brisbane ==============================www.birding-aus.org birding-aus.blogspot.com To unsubscribe from this mailing list, send the message: unsubscribe (in the body of the message, with no Subject line) to: ============================= |
