Hi Yesterday (Sun 22.11) I had a single Red-necked Avocet at the first lake on the right - don't know if this species has been recorded before at Oxley but it was my first at this address. Then a single Baillon's Crake put in a sudden appearance, out in the open, running across the red weed that has infected Pelican Lagoon. I know BC has been seen here before, but maybe not for a while?
