Hi all,
Having been there several times in the past, I do not doubt the
story of tigers in the region but I would advise that the feline in the
video be taken with a pinch of salt. I personally believe that the feline is
too small (compared to the Wild Boar it is even smaller) and slightly built
to be a Panther, but instead could be a melanistic Asian Golden Cat, which
is not uncommon in the Main Range of Penisular Malaysia. Some comments on
the blog have echoed this sentiment. A good find nonetheless.
Apologises for Off-Topic.
