Mike Carter said: "On that basis one would also exclude all terrestrial migrants that breed overseas!" That's not a new concept. A shooter once expressed to me his opinion that he should be able to hunt birds like Latham's Snipe because "they're not even from here". I hope he thought it up for himself, and that it isn't widespread among the hunting community.
