Hi Greg,
Over 15 years ago, I purchased a Kowa TS-611 60mm spotting-scope and have
recently noticed that they are still available in Australia. They are light
and very useful for overseas travel, unfortunately the 20-60X lens on mine
is damaged and not particularly sharp so I rarely use it. However with a 20
or 30X fixed lens they are very functional.

I managed to 'google' a couple here but they look rather expensive to buy
new, might be worth trying a UK or US site.

Hope this helps,

Tom
