Subject: Help with feather id
Would anyone like to have a go at identifying this feather?

I found it in Altona, Vic, I think early this year.
Unfortunately it sat in my bag for a couple of months and got stuck in
the zipper a few times, so all but the tip is frayed.
I don't know much about feathers, but I'm guessing from the shape that
it's a breast feather.
