Question about inter-marrying between raptors

I'm having a hard time ID'ing our local pair of raptors, who appear to be
nesting and doing `mating' type things like chasing each other at high speed
around the forest, and making lots of noise (especially her).

 Some may remember this handsome guy:

...who is obviously a collared sparrowhawk, with the massively long middle
toe.

Do you think its possible that the collared hawk male fancies a female Brown
Goshawk?? And will they get married?
