Depends where you are - as block sizes become smaller and people build
houses that cover almost every square metre of the block (outer west of
Melbourne and I suspect many other developing areas as well) the housing is
starting to cover an increasing %age of the land. Of course in this case
when they have no gardens you wonder why they want a rainwater tank unless
it is used for flushing toilets!
