Greetings all I have just become the proud owner of an 85yr old house at west Lake Macquarie. My neighbours have disused above ground swimming pool, which the Australian Wood Ducks appreciate; King Parrots and Eastern Rosella are about; the Fig Bird is close by and on Saturday morning a Masked Lapwing graced my backyard with it's presence!! Isn't that just grand? I just had to share. Never had a Masked Lapwing the in the back yard before!!!!
