Hi all,
For those interested, the Twitchathon-based film, "Chasing Birds", which aired
at the Sydney Film Festival in June, has been bought by the ABC and will be
aired nationally on Thursday 23rd October. There is no time-slot as yet, but
the date has been set. It's screening on the Thursdee night before the 2008
event, so it will be a great kickstart for those teams this year (especially
for those wanting to put that particular year well and truly behind them!!).
In a nutshell, the film traces the 'goings-on' inside 3 NSW Twitchathon teams
in the lead up to, and during, the 2003 event.
It makes for fun viewing. That's all I will say.
