Agreed, that's the Squarest-Tailed kite I've ever seen. I reckon when you see a big raptor, look at the tail first, Wedgies are easy to ID this way. The Squares are obvious too, and don't seem to change much with fanning in and out. Also the SqT white face signifies an adult and is also diagnostic in raptors that size; spread primaries and white 'circles' under the wings also help.
