Whilst I am totally opposed to the importation and for once think that
Garrett has done the right thing, it does sound as though they tried to do
the right thing and got appropriate authority to go ahead - and are now
facing financial problems as a result. Sounds to me as though they would
have some grounds for seeking compensation?
