Diamond Doves are very rare in the County of Cumberland and Powels Lane
Richmond NSW scrapes in on the western boundary. I know of only three other
sightings of the Diamond Dove for the County over the past 30odd years. Two
of them in the Penrith area and the one Max mentioned at Castlereagh.
