Has anyone seen the Little Stint in the last two days? I went for a quick look on Wednesday and there has been considerable rain the night before. The lagoons it had previously been feeding in had zero stints (only 3 curlew sandpipers, stilts, dotterels) and had higher water levels leaving only small potential feeding areas. I checked the bird hide and the nearby coastline and there were also zero waders. From a glimpse T-sections looked too full, so i'm assuming it may have moved to the barrow pits/conversation lagoons area. =============================== www.birding-aus.org birding-aus.blogspot.com To unsubscribe from this mailing list, send the message: unsubscribe (in the body of the message, with no Subject line) to: =============================== |
