Hi Folks, We are in the market for a hand held GPS unit. From what I hear, Garmin seems to be the brand to get. We will be using it mostly to plot significant native plants and weeds (which we plan to eradicate) on our bush property. We're looking at 2 models, the Garmin eTrex Vista HCX and the Garmin eTrex Legend HCx. Does anyone have some experience with these models? Any thoughts (good or bad) will be most appreciated. Thoughts on other brands/models welcome too. Thanks in advance, Dave and Marj Hamilton =============================== www.birding-aus.org birding-aus.blogspot.com To unsubscribe from this mailing list, send the message: unsubscribe (in the body of the message, with no Subject line) to: =============================== |
