I have now viewed two additional photos of the WA Dollarbird thanks to Robyn Pickering. It looks very different from what it looked in the original photo that I viewed. It's plumage is typical of an adult but the bill is quite dark, with a red base. This may indicate an immature (or sub-adult) but there is a suggestion that the adult bill colour may darken up in winter, so it may be an adult with winter bill colour.
