Being called a twitcher hits a nerve with some bird people but have
never heard of a "bird snob". Is this what the dog people thinks of bird
people, is it akin to the "greenies" label?

I like your thoughts. Perhaps there is a way I can
help at some stage? I am a member of the Victorian
Canine Association (VCA) now known as Dogs Victoria,
as well as the newly formed Companion Dog Club. There
are also online dog forums and various dog related
printed publications.
Education, without coming across as "bird snobs", is
the key I think!
Will have to put my thinking cap on!
regards
Cheryl
