I wish I'd said that on purpose! Yeah, they're both cosmopolitan and
common genera, particularly on-line ;-)

Okay, so it looks something like this?

  Shelducks

  Wood Duck (another one-off genus)
  Pink-eared Duck
  Pygmy-geese

  "Dabbling" ducks

...but without a lot of confidence. I guess we'll just have to hope
for more research in the future. Regardless, they're all great animals
to watch.
