In C&B (2008) Malacorhynchus is placed between Chenonetta and Nettapus.
However, C&B write: "Malacorhynchus, Chenonetta and Nettapus are placed between
the Tadornini and Anatini without conviction". Apparently there aren't enough
data to make a final decision.
