Hi All, If your golfing non birding friends start calling butcherbirds kookaburras, you can blame Peter Donegan. He was broadcasting the Lexus Cup (golf) event at The Vines near Perth yesterday when a magnificent shot of a Grey Butcherbird was shown on the screen, only to be accompanied by Peter's kookaburra id! Anyhow it was probably better than a golf writer a number of years ago who was describing all the wildlife to be found at The Vines, including numerous Koalas!!
