Stephen,I'm interested to know what form(s) of evidentiary tests would be applied to determine whether a bird had been terrified or infuriated ? Could not the same tests be applied to any form of deliberate habitat destruction (eg for house building) or disturbance at a wader roost? Russ Lamb, Maleny, SEQ |
